Transcultural and Extending Practice modules

University of Winchester Street Arts BA presents extracts from the second year’s Transcultural and Extending Practice modules.

From the second year of the Street Arts BA at the University of Winchester there will be a large number of solo walkabout and static performances. All of these will have come from assessed developed projects from both the Transcultural and Extending Practice Modules over the past academic year. These modules have included the practical and academic studies of the intercultural performance and developing their individual specialities and artistic practices. From a Jamaican half women half cricket to an over the top British tea party to creatures and fairies not of this world, these varied acts come from a focused, passionate and dedicated group of performers with different backgrounds and fresh new ideas.
